Kidneys detox regimented diet, it will change your lives

1) Dr. Tim http://www.thedoctorwithin.com/intro/ Highly recommended to at least read through all this info, it will blow your mind.

http://www.thedoctorwithin.com/?s=kidney talks about chronic dehydration.   The primary thing I learned is you have to take water pills to better metabolize the water you drink, and that water has to be pure.

Dr. Tim showed me about vitamins and minerals being key.    He sells these, and I also found another great supplement place: http://store.infowars.com/-Infowars-Life_c_79.html

1b) The Beyond Tangy Tangerine is amazing, and provides a bulk of the vitamins and minerals you need as long as you order the proper amount (2 scoops per 100 lbs twice a day).    http://infowarshealth.com

2) We only use raw milk, and organic dairy products.   Pasteurized and Homogenized milk causes too many problems, especially with kidneys.

Both of these milks are at Rainbow Grocery, Sprouts, Harvest House and Organic Pastures carries raw cream and raw cheese.

3) Fluoride in the water and toothpaste is harmful and poison.   You should seriously consider carbon filtration and RO filters for the whole house, or at least drinking water.  We keep on in the fridge, and cook only with filtered water.

Other whole-house filters will take out quite a few contaminates, including harmful pathogens.   Combine that with a reverse osmosis for drinking and cooking, and you are good to go.

4) Quest Diagnostics is a good place to start for a comprehensive blood test.  Hidden Food allergies can stump even doctors.

6) Coffee, if you want to drink some

cold-filtered coffee (concentrate) from Whole Foods or Trader Joes, (update: cold brew from many vendors now).   Boiled coffee is not good for anyone, just cold filtered only.

7) The following information is includes because fighting cancer also has key information for many other types of diseases as well.
