REMINDER: 11/24/2012 Let's Coin Together and END THE FED 2012 | Discover the World Around You | Resist! Tyranny Newsletter

Let's Coin Together

Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco
101 Market Street, San Francisco, California 94105

10am at Ferry Building - 12noon Nationwide Rally starts

We will start at the Ferry Building, and do a little march up to the Federal Reserve as we have in past years.  We will make it up to the Federal Reserve and do a little comedy about the private banking cartel, some education about the fed, some truth about what is wrong with the fed, and make a presence. There will be music, comedy, and fun hijinx.   Be prepared to come and speak and let other know what you think of the Federal Reserve.  This year we want to identify real-world solutions we can do, to circumvent the Federal Reserve banking system.  Where do we spend our money?   Who do we buy from?   Who do we bank with?

Be prepared for non-violence, bring your cameras, and your first amendment knowledge. The San Francisco FED police have been very understanding over the years so I hope that does not change.
After party location to be determined...

Please link up on our Facebook Page and Meetup group for more information.   At least 1 more notice will go up before the event.

Does fighting your traffic ticket cause public safety Issues?

We Are Change TV
Sean Ackley

"Officer Johnson and other police officials say that people fighting traffic tickets are causing a public safety issue".

"Officers have to drive all the way to Fremont now, taking them off the road"

So what do these "officials" expect to do now?   Are they to assume the police will give us tickets with impunity and expect us to pay whatever they want?   Is this now a guilty until proven innocent state?  This is the essence of tyranny.

It just hurts seeing all these cops having to take their precious time away from giving fellow travelers, traffic tickets.   Perhaps they should be really concentrating on why the cities are out of money and why they are being forced to clamp down on mandatory ticket quotas and harass the public.

Take a look at the Compreshensive Financial Reports.   These off-books investments by government is how they fund all their lavishness.

The Rio+20 sustainability event is going to change the way we live in cities and interact with our government.   Your government would like nothing more than to herd you around like slaves, give you tickets with no accountability and control every aspect of your life.

I personally had a run-in with Santa Clara, CA law enforcement who gave me a ticket for not having current registration.   I wasn't doing anything dangerous in my car, nor was I creating a moving violation, all I had was expired plates.  Keep in mind this is a city cop, giving me a ticket for something that should be taken care of through the California government.   This Santa Clara cop had no beef with me personally, but he has been told that handing out registration violations gathers money for the city.   It certainly has.   My registration was in fact expired, I was currently having an issue with the RFID FastTrak "authority" in which a credit card didnt get processed properly.   This spawned a whole range of issues, including my Santa Clara violation being taken to the CA Tax "authority".

Since I didnt respond fast enough, the FastTrak was then escalated into a lot of money, and I had to go down to their facility and work out a payment for the amount, before I could take care of the DMV registration.   During this time Santa Clara escalated my collection to the California Tax "authority" and they informed the DMV, thus putting a hold on my license.    This then turned into a license suspension, not allowing me to drive.   Getting to work is difficult in this way.

So my whole ordeal over a $25 registration violation turned into over a $800 nightmare.   The problem here is that unless I cause an infraction or violation AGAINST the city itself, why do they care about my expired California plates?  Perhaps a CA highway patrol should have taken notice.   This is a true travesty of justice, because in this country our constitution says we are protected from unfair fines.

A note to police.   Remember that your pensions are on the line too.   You need to consider carefully who you work for, and why you are in this job.  Is it because you want to help people, or is it because you just came back from 4+ tours of duty and controlling and "handling" people is all you know?

If you want to go down the rabbit hole on Agenda-21, please take a look at this following news reports which explains how sustainability will affect your life.

Agenda 21 - Eagle Forum of California

What is Agenda 21?  How is your local government work for you?  How about your state or federal government?  Now consider what your global government is going to offer us as people of the world?

Heading on over to Sacramento for the Eagle Forum California, I wanted to find out what they had to say.

Michael Shaw from Freedom Advocates was up first, and talking about public private partnerships, global governance, Agenda 21, Global to local action plans, and how we can take back our country through our local school boards.

Check out the Habitat 1 conference proceedings (report 1976), which talks about taking public control of private lands, which seems to be "indispensable" to the United Nations overall plans.

The Global Bio-Diversity Assessment [pdf list] (pg 773) talks about an 85% population reduction.   Essentially we are talking about a global technocratic eugenics movement which consider people as cattle.

note: please read the "Earth Charter" on Social Justice.

Education for a Global Citizenship sounds like such a great idea, after all we do all live in this world.  Shouldn't we treat each other with respect and share the work, responsibility and care for each other?  Unfortunately giving this much power and control to government achieves exactly the opposite.   Total government control over every aspect of human life means tagging and controlling your life, and telling you what you can and cannot do, how you spend your time, energy, faith and education.

"Don't think of being an American citizen, but a global citizen".  This thought of reverse nationalism is going to take us towards a world communitarian society, in which NGO (non governmental organizations) will ultimately control every aspect of our life, enforced by the government of your choice. When a global government is installed, there will be nowhere you can go without the long arm of the United Nations encumbering your life.

term: Look up New Global Citizens   "Mobilizing A Generation"

Facilities of Control

Leverage of control such as the Emergency War Power Act implemented under Wilson.

A very interesting note, is that the Income tax amendment and the Federal Reserve Act were also both implemented under Wilson.  He certainly had a busy, busy presidency.    Just look up our friend Col Edward Mandel House on Google.

Of course FDR decided to do one better, and included all people and all property under his revision of this emergency war power act.    For every president onward, this act has been renewed and expanded.

President Bush expanded it, and used it to the government benefit after 9-11.

President Obama just expanded it this month.

In order to forestall any such United Nations takeover of this country, we need to remember the most important aspect of our consitution.  The purpose of our constitution is to protect our rights and limit government.  The constitution does not give us rights.  The constitution binds government, and instructs them on the aspect of state and local life they are not allowed to intrude into.

Organizations like ICLEI are unconstitutional because they require local government to hand over planning rights and agreements to an international organization which is specifically prohibited by our constitution.

Am I properly getting this across to you?   The constitution governs how "we the people" want our nation to be run.   We can't give over our sovereignty to a world government and still believe we have the capacity to govern.

Global government will seem like an unstoppable boot pressed against your head until you comply with their wishes.   This is not freedom, this is tyranny.

I suggest that we all take a long hard look at these facts, do research and figure out how you and your family want to live into the future.

A note to our scouts, for the Super Bowl

Although I appreciate a good sports event, mostly for the sportsmanship, commercial football and the SuperBowl are spectacles of excess and distraction.

Gladiatorial games were also given by the emperor and other aristocrats to distract the general population. By entertaining them, the shows kept the population in good humor and well-disposed to its rulers, as well as prevented their interest and consequent interference in politics. This was indeed very successful as reflected by Juvenals famous complaint: "The people which once bestowed imperium, fasces, legions, everything, now foregoes such activities and has but two passionate desires: bread and circus games." (X.78-81). --

As of late I like to put my activities in perspective, and make sure I can personally accept consequences for my family, in whatever activity we join in.

Full Body scanners will be used at the Super Bowl, adding X-ray pollution and cancer causing appliances to anyone subjected.   Even Congress has asked for an inquiry into the health effects of these radiation scanning machines.  They will also be employing psychological screening trucks, in which patrons have to walk through and be questioned, assuming to be interrogated as to whether they are terrorists or not.

“There will be a security perimeter around the stadium through which all fans must pass before entering the gate,” reports Yahoo Sports, adding that fans should not feel “self-conscious about getting patted down” because “this is the world in which we live now.”

I’m sorry, “the world in which we live”?   Raising potential Boy Scouts who represent the country in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and of whom we have talked about our God-given rights, and who carry our colors, should understand that the Republic in which we live is acting like an Empire of old.

Guest Post: From Israel: Vote Ron Paul and Let My People Go!

Lately I’ve been having trouble sleeping. I sit here in my living room in Karnei Shomron, Israel, on the 8th night of Chanukah, wondering what other miracles lay in store on January 3rd and in the months ahead. The name Ron Paul is constantly at my fingertips. I’ve typed it in so many times the past month it’s insane. I’m experiencing an excitement I’ve rarely ever felt, and I don’t even live in America anymore. During the last Republican debate I woke myself up at 3am Israel time to watch an 8pm EST live stream on YouTube, with no fatigue whatsoever. I’m on overdrive, and I can’t calm myself.

I’ve only recently figured out what this excitement actually is.

I first got interested in the whole freedom movement when I heard that Ron Paul wanted to end all foreign aid, including to my country, Israel. This seemed like a spectacular idea to me. I hate the idea of taking American tax payer money I don’t need. The only reason we take it, by the way, is not because we need it. It’s that we don’t want to feel alone, and Jews always feel a deep existential isolation and loneliness. “As I see them from the mountain tops, gaze on them from the heights, this is a people that dwells alone, not counted among the Nations,” says Balaam of the People of Israel in Numbers 23:9. We still feel that loneliness. So we take the money. It’s shameful, it’s theft, it’s destructive, it’s morally wrong, and it makes people hate us for tying them into a conflict they have no business trying to solve. I wanted it to end and didn’t trust any Israeli leader to give it up on his own, so I looked up more about Ron Paul.

What I found was fascinating. On the forums, I learned of people who, back in ’08, literally gave their lives short of death to this man. Some poured money into his campaign they could not afford to give, and some even lost their marriages because of their single-minded insane dedication. This shocked me. I couldn’t yet understand it, but after a few days of listening to him, it began to click.

What is it about Ron Paul that inspires such extremes? Such maddening support on the one hand, and such fear and loathing on the other? I can give the answer in one word: Soul.

The essential soul of a human being is by definition free. The idea that men are free as determined by God is a concept that is foreign to most men. This is because most men want to control others, to take away their freedom. This is usually referred to as the drive for power. The drive for power is antithetical to freedom because power means the ability to control others. There is only one legitimate thing that power can and should be used for, whether it be military, legislative, or executive power. That is, to legalize freedom.

Ron Paul doesn’t want to be President to “give” me freedom. He doesn’t own my freedom and he didn’t give it to me. The only reason Ron Paul wants to be President is to stop punishing people for using their freedom that is rightfully theirs. He wants no power. This is clear to anyone who listens to him speak.

There are two kinds of human beings. Those who want power, and those who want freedom. You can tell which one’s which very easily. Those who want freedom are straight-edged. They are consistent, principled, and you can feel their human soul when they speak to you. There’s a continuum out there of human souls somewhere in spiritual cyberspace, and when you come into contact with one of these souls, you know immediately, because souls are by definition free. You sense sincerity, realness, consistency, a free human being. If you’re a man who seeks freedom and you come into contact with a real human soul, you become instantly addicted and you swallow up anything you can get your hands on. You want to unite immediately, no matter what you disagree on. There are people in the freedom movement that don’t exactly like Israel, especially me being a “settler” and I don’t care. If they want freedom, I sense it and my human drive for individualism suddenly turns into an intense desire to unite into a collective – but a collective of free individuals. It’s a beautiful dialectic, and it doesn’t matter what we agree or disagree on, as long as we agree on freedom.

You get hooked on Ron Paul and you desperately seek more and more, any video you can find from the past, any speeches you missed, anything he said that you haven’t heard yet, even though you’ve heard it a thousand times already in different words. You can’t help yourself. The voracious hunger to be able to use your God-given freedom takes you over entirely. It’s like you suddenly realize you’re human and the Divine Image with which God created you comes alive and catches fire.

But something else happens to you. Once you get hooked on Ron Paul, you can no longer bear to listen to a man who wants power, and you become instantly disgusted when they start saying words. Before, they were just boring. Now they’re revolting. Listening to Romney or Gingrich or Bush or Obama makes you sick and you don’t know how Ron Paul gets through those debates without getting nauseous. You see a political veneer in these politicians that’s so transparent it’s like a ghost flapping its ethereal tongue at you. You can’t bear it.

What’s so maddening about hearing Romney or Gingrich talk is that there’s someone standing there saying things, but there’s no soul in it. These are not free men. These are power men. Not that Romney or Gingrich don’t have souls. They do. They are men just like you and I. But they have practically forfeited their souls to try and attain power, to control others with spin and talking points and contradictory statements like “I want to cut the budget and expand the military!” and they’ll say it with a polished tone and a straight face, just like a soulless recording. Their humanity is so buried under the mountain of lies they have told themselves, that neither they themselves nor you can even sense their souls in the human continuum. The scene of a human body speaking but no soul communicating can drive a free man mad.

The reason that Ron Paul never goes down in the polls is that he’s not “convincing” people in the everyday sense that he’s right on whatever issue. He’s activating human souls, lighting spiritual fires one by one speaking about freedom. Once a soul gets activated, and the man realizes that he IS free no matter what people do to him or tell him, there is no turning back. The other candidates are trying to turn heads with snappy one-liners that sound cool. Slaves follow these one-liners like mobs, and follow each other from candidate to candidate. Slowly but surely, Ron Paul activates a few of the individual souls in the mob as they bob from snappy comeback to snappy comeback and he goes up in the polls.

Yet, we cannot expect every man woman and child to understand or get excited about the message of liberty. In fact, most just can’t handle it. Being truly free is as terrifying as it is electrifying. The Bible tells us this very clearly in the story of the Exodus from Egypt. When Moses finally accepts the role of deliverer from God, he was assigned to say the following to my great-grandparents the Israelites:

“Therefore say to the Israelites: I am God. I will free you from the labors of the Egyptians and deliver you from their bondage. I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with amazing signs. And I will take you to be My people and I will be your God, and you will know that I am the Lord who freed you from the labors of the Egyptians.” (Ex. 6:6-7)

And what was my grandparents’ response?

“And Moses told this to the people, but they didn’t listen due to lack of spirit and cruel bondage.” (6:9)

Not everyone can handle the message of freedom. It’s too frightening for some people, and some are just too enslaved. Those are the people that despise Ron Paul, the same types who rebelled against Moses in the desert and attempted to go back to Egypt. Freedom is too much for them and they can’t handle the Divine gift. They want and need someone to control them. Their souls have been too battered by slavery, taxation, and wars.

But nonetheless, God forced my stiff-necked great grandparents to leave Egypt, and as a result I’m here today, preaching freedom once again, fighting not only for America’s freedom, but for my own from America’s influence in my own region.

Vote Ron Paul and let my people go once again! Stop meddling here and stop trying to buy influence by giving me money. Stop trying to be the all powerful Peace Maker and let us work out the problems here on our own! If we think Iran is a threat, we can handle it and we’ll take the consequences. It’s not America’s problem and you can’t afford another war.

Now I understand why people will give everything to this man. Whenever he’s asked the question, “Would you legalize heroin?” Ron Paul answers, “I want to legalize freedom!” Little do these people understand that freedom is a thousand times more addictive than heroin.

American Jews! Wake up! Set your brothers in Israel free! We were the first nation ever to be set free by God, and we brought the concept of liberty to the world when we left Egypt over 3000 years ago. It’s about time we set the example we were chosen to set.

Climate Change Reconsidered

Comparing Earth’s Sea-Level and Energy Budgets (3 Jan 2012)

In spite of all one hears, sees and reads in the popular press about unprecedented global warming and recent accelerated melting of glaciers and ice sheets, as well as short-term accelerations in sea level rise detected by means of satellite technology, the mean rate-of-rise of Earth’s global ocean appears to have remained remarkably constant ever since 1972 ... Empirical Harmonic Models Project “Sunnier” Climate Scenarios Ahead (3 Jan 2012)

Recent work by Scafetta (2011) demonstrates that using an empirical harmonic climate model can reproduce the global climate record of the last 150 years more faithfully than general circulation models (GCMs). The GCMs were those employed by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. The author also shows that because these GCMs cannot reproduce decadal and interdecadal climate variability, the models likely over-project the magnitude of the warming that may occur over the next century. Lastly, this work provides strong evidence that natural variability is at least partly due to external forcing that derives from the relationship between the sun and its larger planets as well as the Earth’s moon ... Exciting El Niño News: More Evidence of a Solar Trigger (4 Jan 2012)

Within the literature, there is disagreement about what triggers El Niño. Some believe that El Niño is the result of internal variability, while others have shown a solar link. A paper by White and Liu (2008) demonstrated that the El Niño may result from the phasing of two sub-harmonics in the 11-year solar cycle. They also show that general circulation models which include the 11-year solar cycle can replicate the behavior of El Niño quite well. This bodes well for long-range forecasting on the time scale of three to 10 years ... Read More

We have been Infiltrated with the Truth.

Yes, we have been infiltrated with the truth.    I was thinking to myself that even as bad as some of these candidates are, that at least one of them could hold muster and support the long-standing Republican and TEA party values we hold so dear, like Fiscal responsibility, lower taxes, constitutional limited government, real free markets, etc.

Santorum is another big government establishment candidate who would do nothing to reverse the state of our country.

Newt is a Keynesian! He chose to side with Alan Greenspan, Bill Clinton and Al Gore over the house Conservatives in a 1995 Mexico/ Wall Street $40 billion dollar bailout.

Newt is just another garden variety statist who thinks government should lord over subjects for their own damn good. In addition to supporting Obamacare, or Gingrichcare, he also advocates drug testing everybody in the country. In other words, if this guy becomes president – and he won’t – he would force you at gunpoint to demonstrate to the state you don’t take drugs imported by the CIA and the banksters. A vote for Newt would be a vote for radically expanding the prison-slave complex.

also when he joined forces with Nancy Pelosi to push the Obama administration’s cap and trade agenda that would have completely bankrupted the country.

“I think if you have mandatory carbon caps combined with a trading system, much like we did with sulfur, and if you have a tax-incentive program for investing in the solutions, that there’s a package there that’s very, very good,” Gingrich told PBS Frontline in February 2007.

“Personal responsibility extends to the purchase of health insurance. Citizens should not be able to cheat their neighbors by not buying insurance, particularly when they can afford it, and expect others to pay for their care when they need it,” he wrote in a 2007 OpEd for the Des Moines Register.

Newt endorsed this book declaring himself Mr. New World Order “In the book, Toffler wrote a letter to America’s “founding parents,” in which he said: “The system of government you fashioned, including the very principles on which you based it, is increasingly obsolete, and hence increasingly, if inadvertently, oppressive and dangerous to our welfare. It must be radically changed and a new system of government invented – a democracy for the 21st century.” According to Toffler, our constitutional system is one that “served us so well for so long, and that now must, in its turn, die and be replaced.””
The shudder-inducing thought of Newt Gingrich in the White House will make you stop and think about things…

Despite repeated attempts for Rick Santorum to return his National Association for Gun Rights Presidential Survey 100% in favor of our gun rights, he has time and time again remained silent.

Please call Rick Santorum right now and demand he return his National Association for Gun Rights Presidential Survey -- at once.

His South Carolina office: 855-206-7425

Would Rick Santorum repeal the Brady Gun Owner Registration Scheme? Oppose the UN "Small Arms Treaty"? Call for a repeal of the Lautenberg Gun Ban and the Criminal Safezones Act?

My experience shows me that candidates who refuse to return gun rights surveys and answer important Second Amendment questions are almost always hiding something. Hiding anti-gun political views.

The fact is, Rick Santorum does have a long history of supporting gun control.

In the 90s, he voted to support the Lautenberg Gun Ban, which stripped law-abiding gun owners of their Second Amendment rights for life, simply because they spanked their children or did nothing more than grab a spouses wrist.

He voted for a bill in 1999 disguised as an attempt to increase penalties on drug traffickers with guns... but it also included a provision to require federal background checks at gun shows.

And then he voted with gun-controlling Democrats Dianne Fienstein and Frank Lautenberg to mandate locks on handguns in 2005.

But worst of all, Rick Santorum has a storied history of bailing out anti-gun Republicans facing reelection.

Rick Santorum came to anti-gun Arlen Specters defense in 2004 when he was down in the polls against pro-gun Republican Pat Toomey. Specter won and continued to push for gun control during his years in the Senate.

He also supported and openly campaigned for anti-gun New Jersey governor, Christine Todd Whitman.

The evidence is clear. Not only is Rick Santorum refusing to reveal where he stands on important Second Amendment issues, he has a long record of supporting anti-gun legislation and politicians.

Please call Rick Santorum and demand he apologize for his past support of gun control.

Gun owners have serious unanswered questions from many of the Republican Presidential candidates in Iowa -- Santorum, Romney, Gingrich and Perry.

Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich have anti-gun records that rival Santorum's record.

All four have refused to return their National Association for Gun Rights Presidential Surveys.

My experience tells me that they are hiding anti-gun positions.
